Yoga Classes

My group yoga classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, find balance, and feel good from the inside out. Each session focuses on blending movement and breath in a way that supports relaxation, strength, and flexibility. Whether you're starting your day with a gentle flow or exploring a more dynamic practice, these classes offer a space to unwind, reset, and nurture your well-being.

No matter your age or ability, my classes are open to everyone. From beginner-friendly sessions to those looking for a bit more energy, you’ll find a practice that suits your needs. Each class is an opportunity to take time for yourself, breathe deeply, and experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive, inclusive environment. Join us to create more space in your life for rest, movement, and connection.

Gentle Morning Yoga

In this class we connect movement and breath in a gentle way to help us feel good from the inside out.

We move through a simple series of postures and then enjoy a good dose of relaxation to finish. A perfect way to start the day to get you feeling happy, relaxed and comfortable in your body. 

​

Everyone is welcome and this is definitely a beginner friendly class.

Feel Good Yoga

This class is a mix of Hatha and Bhava yoga and is all about feeling good. 

​

We explore our bodies and our lives with a perfect balance of movement and stillness so that we can feel our best selves. Take some time to feel stronger and more flexible in body, mind and soul and learn how yoga can help you to feel good.

​

This class has something for everyone, all ages and abilities are welcome.
