Yoga One to Ones

My one-to-one yoga sessions are designed to give you focused, individualised support to help you feel your best. Whether you're seeking to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply carve out time for self-care, each session is tailored to meet your unique needs. You’ll work at a pace that suits you, with personalised practices that encourage relaxation and restore balance in both body and mind. These sessions are a chance to nurture yourself, helping you feel more grounded, energized, and centered in your everyday life.

Sessions are £50 per hour.

Yoga Therapy One to Ones

Initial consultation is £65 (1 hour 15-30 minutes), follow on sessions are £50 per hour.
