Group Classes

My group yoga classes, based in Acle, Freethorpe, and Limpenhoe, provide a space to slow down, move mindfully, and connect with your body and breath in a supportive community. These classes are designed to help you unwind and recharge, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years. You'll find a welcoming environment where you can relax, release tension, and nurture both your body and mind.

In each class, you'll be guided through a flow of movement and breathwork that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The supportive atmosphere allows you to practice at your own pace, focusing on what your body needs while being part of a community that values rest and rejuvenation.
