Welcome to Soulful Yoga. I’m Georgina Davies, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist living in Norfolk. As a recovering “over-doer", I know how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of life, leaving little time to truly rest and reset. Yoga has been my anchor since I discovered it at 19, offering countless benefits for my physical and mental well-being.

Many of my clients come to me feeling burned out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. For them, that hour of yoga is life-changing; a rare chance to pause, breathe, and reset in a way that restores balance and energy. My passion is helping people reclaim their well-being and feel good in both body and mind through the power of rest and mindful movement.

I hold a 200-hour teaching qualification with Yoga Alliance Professionals and a 550-hour diploma in yoga therapy with the British Wheel of Yoga. I’ve also completed additional training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, covering hypnobirthing, biomechanics for birth, and hypopressives for core strength and function.
​
Alongside teaching yoga, I’m a full-time mum to two young girls and love finding moments to sew, draw, and explore my creativity. My background in healthcare before re-training to become a yoga teacher reflects my lifelong passion for helping people, and I bring that same care and compassion to every session.
